Frequently Asked Questions
1. Locate the products you are interested in ordering on our SHOP page. 2. Click on the desired product(s), choose your quantity and then click "Add to Cart." 3. When you have all your products in your shopping cart and are ready to Checkout, click on the shopping cart icon (top-right of your screen) and you will be redirected to the View Cart page. 4. Check to see if everything looks right. If you have a coupon code, enter in the code and click Apply Coupon. When you’re ready click on the green Proceed to Checkout button. 5. In the Checkout page, you will need to login with your email address and password. If this is your first time registering with us, you will need to provide your email and choose a password and an account will be set up for you. 6. Once you've filled in all the required fields, you'll need to accept the Terms and Conditions (located on the bottom of the page) then click "Place Order." 7. On the Checkout Confirmation page, you will see your order number and instructions on how to make payment. Orders will ship only after payment has been received. You will also receive a confirmation email with these instructions and a breakdown of your order. 9. Once we collect your payment, your order will be processed and will ship the following business day. We'll email your Xpresspost tracking number as soon as it's available. 10. Congratulations, you have now placed your order!
Your order will be discreetly packaged and vacuum-sealed to protect and maintain your privacy. We ship using nondescript boxes and prepaid Xpresspost envelopes with no indication of what is inside.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to any addresses outside of Canada.
If we receive your order and payment before our 11 AM PST cutoff time, your order will ship that same business day. If we receive your order and payment after the cutoff time, your order will ship the following business day. If your order and payment are received on a weekend or holiday, your order will ship the following business day.
If your order has already been paid for, we can no longer change it. If your order has not been paid for, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for help changing your order. Your order will be automatically cancelled if it is not paid for after 5 business days.
Your tracking number will be updated on your order and automatically sent to you via email within 24 hours of the order being shipped.
We will guarantee shipment on any order unless you provide an inaccurate/incomplete address or request no signature required. If it has been 2 business days since the estimated delivery on your tracking information or if your tracking information says “delivered” but you have not received a package, please contact us at email@example.com to start the investigation/order replacement process.
This is most commonly an issue on Canada Post’s end that will be sorted out and may result in a slight delay with your order. If your order arrives with an address on the label that's different from the one you gave us, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you think for any reason that your order is being shipped to the wrong address, please contact us at email@example.com. It's most likely due to a mix up of tracking numbers, and we will fix it immediately.
Payment is made by INTERAC e-Transfer. Payment instructions will be provided on the order confirmation page after checkout. Orders for which payment is received by 11 AM PST will ship the same day. Orders for which payment is received after 11 AM PST or during a weekend or holiday will ship the following business day.
Payment details are found on the order confirmation page after you have placed your order. They can also be found on your confirmation email which is sent immediately after the order is placed. Please note that these instructions must be followed closely.
All orders are placed “on hold” until payment has been successfully made, then they are moved to “processing." If you sent payment and nothing has changed after a couple of hours please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as there may be an issue with payment.
Shipping on orders under $200 will be subject to a $15 Shipping Fee to cover Canada Post Xpresspost shipping with signature required. Orders over $200 will have FREE SHIPPING via Canada Post Xpresspost with signature required. Your delivery is guaranteed unless you provide an inaccurate/incomplete address or request no signature required.
Unfortunately, we do not have a storefront for pick-ups. All orders are shipped from British Columbia, Canada.
All of our products are sourced from British Columbia. Our years of experience in the local industry have allowed us to cultivate relationships with many of the provinces top craft growers and producers, as well as some of the biggest names in the edibles and wellness markets.
Yes! All product images are taken by us. And we mean ALL OF THEM. Descriptions are written by us, after we test the product.
