This west coast Canadian strain from 5 Star Organics is a cross of Herijuana and Lamb’s Bread / Breath. It is famous for its potent, hypnotic effects. Don’t worry, it doesn’t smell like fish, or any seafood at all! A lot of people assume this strain is a Tuna Kush combining with a Blackberry, but that’s not how this strain got it’s name. This strain is named after the Black Tuna Gang, infamous for smuggling Colombian cannabis into the US in the 70s. The nugs are tightly packed and sticky wet, like they just swam outta the ocean.
Effects and Use
This indica strain is not for the faint of heart. Black Tuna is not the best choice for a novice user. This strain has potent effects that hit hard on both the mind and body. The burn is real nice with this one, the ash burns thick and white. The high myrcene content brings the effects on quickly, so make sure you’re already where you need to be. This is the perfect strain for zoning out in the evenings and watching or movie or browsing YouTube.
For medicinal users, this strain is near perfect medication for chronic pain, headaches, migraines, nausea, and insomnia.
